Living in Care Services

Tailoring care to the needs of each client is at the heart of our approach here at Care Cover 24/7, this helps us to deliver the best possible support and maximise quality of life for individuals in our care.

Because each client’s care package is bespoke to their specific needs and budgets, our services include live-in care, providing 24-hour, one-to-one support for complex conditions to suit the needs of clients in our care. , cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and other neurological conditions, please click here.

Our live-in care may also be appropriate where even multiple daily visits from a carer may no longer be appropriate, perhaps because someone’s mobility is declining or they are becoming frailer, has suffered a stroke or has a long-term health condition, such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease or Alzeimhers.

Whatever the complexity of care individuals need, we can help.

Our care professionals receive client-specific training and deliver high-level clinical support – such as long-term ventilation, incontinence management, tube feeding and medication management – as well as providing personal care, companionship and facilitating social activities, hobbies and interests.

We recognise that bringing someone into your home on a long-term basis is a significant step so a priority is to identify carefully people with whom our clients and their families will feel comfortable.

In this way, we are able to build settled teams of care professionals to provide consistent support. The close working relationships carers build with clients also mean they are ideally placed to identify early signs and symptoms of a condition changing and initiate appropriate action in response.
