Tachien

Tachien is a Queen’s Nurse and holds MSc, BSc (Hons), is a Specialist Community Nurse and Independent Prescriber with over 10 years’ experience. She has been the Clinical Lead Manager at Care Cover 24/7 Ltd for over two years, leading the delivery of nurse-led complex care for individuals with higher clinical needs, including long-term conditions.

Her role ensures staff are trained and care is safely coordinated, clients are closely monitored, enabling early recognition of deterioration, timely escalation, and effective communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Tachien’s vision as a Queen’s Nurse is to empower the domiciliary care workforce to recognise early signs of deterioration and prevent avoidable hospital admissions. She also leads on governance, service audits, and operational standards in line with CQC requirements.

Mduduzi

Dee brings over 10 years of experience in adult social care and holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and CQC Registered Manager. Since joining Care Cover in 2016, Dee has been a key part of the team, managing live-in care packages and making sure everything runs smoothly for clients and staff alike.

He takes pride in creating care plans that truly meet individual needs, helping people maintain their independence and quality of life.

Dee also oversees transport coordination, ensuring clients and carers have reliable and stress-free journeys. He is known for his approachable nature and strong organisational skills, Dee is passionate about delivering care that makes a real difference every day.

Susan

Susan has been with Care Cover 24/7 since 2022 and is a holder of a Level 3 Diploma in Health Care. Susan is a valued member of the team, progressing from a Senior Carer to a Team Leader. Susan is passionate about going the extra mile and building relationships with clients and staff. She believes that excellence is possible but may take a little time to get there.

Susan oversees the care packages within the Shifnal, Broseley and Much Wenlock areas as well as the day and night sit packages. Susan thrives on taking on the complex packages and streamlining their processes until they are stable.

Susan has recently become a member of Institute of Health and Social Care Management and on is currently studying for a Level 5 certification in Leadership in Adult Care. Susan cares about making the difference.

Henry

Henry brings over 10 years of support work experience has been working with Care Cover since 2016.

Henry co-manages the staff rotas, manages skills mix to ensures efficient service delivery and high care standards. He oversees the care packages within the in Bridgnorth area and is responsive across the service whenever required for hands-on care.

Henry contributes significantly to the operational success of Care Cover 24/7 and client satisfaction with effective leadership and continued dedication.

He is currently pursuing advanced management qualifications Level 3 and 5.

Pamela Mano

Pamela brings over 11 years of expertise in both adult and children’s care, showcasing a strong commitment to quality and compassion.

Ongoing Professional Development - She holds a Moving and Handling Train the Trainer Certificate awarded by Partners In Care and a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and is currently progressing toward Level 4. Pamela is dedicated to continuous learning and development.

Commitment to Versatile Care - Pamela works part-time as a support worker for children, demonstrating her ability to provide care across diverse age groups.

Team and Client Support - Since joining Care Cover in 2016, Pamela has successfully managed team operations while ensuring personalised, compassionate care for every client.

Trish

Trish serves as our dedicated Care Facilitator and manages key administrative responsibilities. She plays a vital role in ensuring that every client receives timely and personalised care. Trish oversees the completion of client assessments within five working days, guaranteeing that all necessary information is accurately documented.

This process enables our carers to deliver high-quality, individualised support tailored to each client’s unique needs. In addition to coordinating assessments, Trish ensures that comprehensive care plans are prepared and accessible, fostering clear communication and continuity of care across the team. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency help maintain our high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Michelle

Michelle is a dedicated member of our team, committed to supporting staff and ensuring smooth operations. She handles concerns and escalations promptly, providing practical solutions to both clients and care staff.

Michelle is known for her professionalism and responsiveness, Michelle consistently delivers exceptional service and fosters trust across the organisation. Passionate about health and social care, she strives to make a positive impact through her work, making her an invaluable asset to our company.
